Using Evi Quiz

You may use Evi Quiz to generate and play trivia quizzes for personal, non-commercial fun. You must be old enough to consent to this agreement where you live (at least 13). Keep your access to your account secure.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• create, request or share content that is hateful, harassing, sexual, violent, or that promotes real-world harm or targets a private individual;
• attempt to break, overload, scrape, or reverse-engineer the service, or evade usage limits;
• use the app to violate any law or anyone else's rights.

We use automated safeguards and community reports to moderate content. We may hide or remove quizzes and suspend or delete accounts that break these rules.

AI-generated content

Quizzes and answer judgments are produced by AI models and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or occasionally inappropriate despite our safeguards. Treat them as entertainment, not authoritative fact. If you see something objectionable, use “Report this quiz” on the results screen.

Your content

You're responsible for the topics you enter and the answers you type. By creating a quiz you allow us to store it and make it available to anyone you share its link with, and to show it on that quiz's scoreboard. You can delete your quizzes and account at any time from your profile.

Availability and changes

Evi Quiz is provided “as is”. We may change, limit, or discontinue features, and set fair-use limits, at any time. We'll try to give notice of significant changes but aren't always able to.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Evi Quiz is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights that can't be limited under applicable law.
